How to get rid of bronchitis faster. i pregnant ad sick.?

wow, ok so i caught my boyfriends cold. and i feel terrible. i havent slept all night. stuffy nose and sometimes runny. bad miagrain, really BAD sore throat, that is so scratchy. im pregnant and im wondering also if i could take advil or tylenol. im so sick of being sick and you guys are the only people i can count on right now. thank you and god bless
