Pressure headache in temple and behind right eye all day?

I went to the clinic today and I have had such a bad headache behind my right eye and temples which sometimes also in my other eye but today its mostly in my right eye. When I had gone to the doctors my blood pressure was pretty elevated but the doctor sent me home with a diet plan for my bp. And that was all. I have beenalternating advil and tylenol all day? The head ache is more annoying than severe. Its more painful behind my right eye. I sleep for a few hours it goes away maybe 20 min and is back to ruin my life. i am a 26 yr old female... I tried flo nase also today nothing worked! I'm like ready to shoot myself in the head because its sooo annoying
