Too young for back pains?

ok so i am 14 years old and i have lower back pains! ok so this happened to me in december when i was 12 so 2 decembers ago it was in the morning right once i was getting out a of bed i couldnt move because i of my back i literally could not move so i couldnt go to school! i put a heating pad on my back and took advil and it felt better in december but it came back again!!!! but i am on vacation and i dont have a heating pad and i have tryed ice but it made it worse i feel like an old man i cant bend down or stand up or lay down!!!! ughhhh help!!!?????
