Can I take a tylenol if I took Advil pm about 12 hours ago?

I was thinking about taking another advil pm, but I didn't eat, and I'm too lazy to make something.. (cuz its 3 am here) So is it okay if I take a tylenol even though I have advil in my system from about 12 hours ago.?
