I have a knot on m head and it wont go away!? Best answer 20 points.?

I have this knot on my head for laying my head on my pillow and my wall when im just relaxing. This hurts so bad! it wont go away. I take advil to numb the pain it helps a little bit. But then the pain comes right back! Please help. My mother says it will go away.
