Does anyone else get silent migraines with aura from stress ?

I have been diagnosed with silent Migraines with aura, i am wondering if anyone else gets these from stress and eye strain(looking at computer for to long) I do have High anxiety and stressed (learning hoe to control it) what do you take or do when you get them? advil/tylenol which is better for the onset of one..I have figured out diet and fitness will help.
