How come I get so shy about this?!?

People can get odd fixations about anything. You could try some kind of therapy to get over yours, like cognitive behavioural therapy (cbt) or hypnotism. Make sure you get a qualified therapist, though. You could start by seeing your doctor, because they might be able to recommend someone. Dont worry, though, there will be a reason for it, and it can be sorted out. Possibly at some time in your life something traumatic happened when you were eating and somehow the anxiety and the food became linked in your mind. Dont be embarrassed, and do seek help, because there is bound to be something that can be done.
