How to deal with sorness?

I have been working out alot lately(Weights and Cardiovascular) and I am always sore. Especially in the morning I am in so much pain. I have been popping Advil like candy and soaking in warm epsom salt baths. This helps a little, but I am still soooo sore. I thought It was one of those things that would go away after your body gets used to you working out but I have been hitting the gym hard since January and I am still just as sore if not more. One thing I do is exercise 7 days a week. I never take a off day. I tried missing a day or two but I would really catch myself missing the gym and eating junk food and feeling so bad. Is the lack of off days leading to the extra sorness? What can I do to stop it?
