Got no answer. Does Geodon help with OCD? I am incredibly anxious all the time. I don't know if it helps?

with generalized anxiety or OCD as well. I am so nervous all the time and fixate on negative thoughts and get really anxious and irritable. I want to know if bumping up my Geodon would have a good chance of helping me.
