Can I become dependant on Advil PM?

I have to wake up for work at 3:30 AM every time, and since I'm borderline insomniac, I can't go to sleep early. My solution is to take two Advil PMs and wait for it to take effect. The issue is, when I don't take the dose, I find it harder to fall sleep. Should I stop this altogether or is it okay to continue taking it?
