Can dogs take Advil or motrin for pain?

they need a higher dose if you go to a petsmart they have dog advil and stuff for the pain its pretty much the same as the stuff for people but in higher doses. i wouldnt give your dog people meds cuz you dont know how much to give them but you dont need to go to a vet and get a prescription for doggy advil its next to the grooming supplies at petsmart
